RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Our goal is to help you find the products that you will enjoy and are the perfect fit for your skin. We hope you’ll be completely satisfied with your products and we will accept any full-sized product purchased directly from Sahararose.com for a return or exchange, as long as it is received within 30 days of initial purchase.
Only products purchased on sahararose.com may be returned for a refund or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund. We also cannot accept empty jars or nearly empty jars for refund or exchange.
If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased online, please contact Customer Care to initiate your return/exchange at 772-444-2217 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We will be happy to assist with your return. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
Return instructions will be sent to your email address on the order unless otherwise provided. Returns and exchanges can only be processed if our Return/Exchange form sent by email is included, and the desired action is specified..
We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 1-3 business days upon receiving the return shipment and send an email confirmation confirming the details of your refund.
Please see “Return and Exchange Policy” above for international returns and exchanges. Only products purchased through sahararose.com or via phone or email may be returned for refund or exchange on international orders. We cannot provide return labels for International returns at this time.
