All orders must be billed to and shipped to locations within the United States or United States Territories. Online orders are fulfilled and delivered on business days only (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays). All ship times include 1 – 2 days processing. Orders are unable to be canceled or changed once they are in processing status. Some items sold by sahararose.com require special handling as required by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. sahararose.com follows all regulatory requirements; therefore the shipment of certain items and/or products to some locations may not be possible. This includes products that contain ingredients that are considered hazardous materials (for example, alcohol-based fragrances). Orders containing items considered hazardous materials must be shipped via “ground shipping” if they are able to ship. Service to rural areas may require additional shipping time regardless of shipping method.

SPECIAL NOTE: Trial/Sample sizes are available for purchase to provide the chance to sample many of our products. We are also happy to send samples of any in stock products with an order at your request. Please specify which samples you would like to try in the Notes section at checkout. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective items immediately. If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact Customer Care within 7 days of delivery, at (866) 626-6248 or email@example.com. We will be happy to assist you. It is important that you contact Customer Care with 7 days of delivery. No returns will be granted following the seven days after delivery.
